Introduction

Microsoft OneNote

Microsoft OneNote

Microsoft OneNote is a digital notebook that lets you organize your notes, tasks, and files in one place. You can use OneNote to capture your ideas, plan your projects, and collaborate with others.

OneNote is part of the Microsoft 365 suite and is available for FREE on all platforms outside the suite. OneNote works like a binder, where you can create multiple notebooks for different purposes, such as personal, work, or school. Each notebook has sections, which are like tabs, and pages, which are like notes. You can type, write, draw, or insert anything on your pages, such as text, images, audio, video, tables, charts, or links. You can also sync your notebooks across your devices and share them with others.
