What challenge, problem or motivation inspired you to make one small change?

In previous semesters I encountered a situation where some students were encountering difficulties but were not communicating it to me. I wanted to give the students a clear and simple way to communicate their thoughts and perceptions with respect the effectiveness of the activities we do in class.

Tell us about your one small change:

The following semester I included a Start, Stop, Continue Google Form at the top of course’ Moodle page and encouraged students to anonymously provide feedback regularly through the semester.

What was the result of your one small change?

I was able to get valuable feedback from students throughout the semester and make adjustments to my lesson plans as necessary before it was too late. Many students thanked me near the end of the semester for listening to their feedback.
