How are you staying afloat this year?

One way to ensure I’m receiving authentic work from the students is that I ask them to print the quiz (or assignment), hand-write their solution, scanning their hand-written answers, and uploading their answers to the dropbox on Moodle.
Quizzes and assignments are open-format, which means they can compare their answers to other students and they can review the textbook or the handouts supplied by me. I only ask them not to “copy & paste” without discussion, as this is not helping them to learn.
I have also used the Moodle feature called “Wild Cards”, which allows for “random number” generation. This means each student sees different values for the same question. This helps to eliminate “sharing” answers among students for numerical questions.
