Target Audience: Research Ethics Board (REB) Members, REB administrators, researchers who conduct research with human participants, all members of the Ontario College Research Community
Location: MS Teams (link will be provided following registration)
Summary: After completing this webinar, participants will gain an introduction to the role of REBs, REB principles, and EDI principles and practices related to research, draw connections between the guiding principles of REBS and principles and practices of EDI in research, and build an appreciation for how embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion, informs ethical research design and research practice.
All participants will receive an e-workbook in advance of webinar delivery
*Note: Webinars are one hour in length, but are scheduled for 2 hours to allow for one hour of (offline) personal reflection following content delivery
