Learner Preferences Survey 3.0

I administer my Learner Preferences Survey at the beginning of each semester so that students have the opportunity to provide me with information that I view as essential to creating an inclusive online classroom designed with learners’ needs and preferences in mind.
I find myself making minor adjustments to the survey each semester, clarifying questions that students found confusing, eliminating redundant or unhelpful questions, adjusting question formatting and so on.
You can access a template of the newest version of the survey here. Just click the link, and then click “Duplicate it” in the top right corner to create your own version that you can adjust and administer as you see fit.
