This one-hour workshop offers faculty a practical introduction to creating more accessible and inclusive learning experiences. We’ll explore the differences between accessibility and accommodation, clarify your role in supporting students with diverse needs, and highlight how equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) principles can be embedded into course design and teaching practice. Through real-world examples and discussion, you’ll gain tools and strategies to proactively reduce barriers and foster a more equitable classroom for all learners.
