Target Audience: Research Ethics Board (REB) members, all members of the college research community who have conversations or give feedback about EDI in research and innovation activities
Location: MS Teams (link will be provided following registration)
Summary: This webinar will examine the different roles and responsibilities of researchers and REB members in ensuring the integrity of research over the course of a research project and explore how to apply constructive and effective feedback, as well as the benefits and challenges of doing so, to identify current problems and to potentially mitigate future problems regarding EDI, over the course of a research project.
All participants will receive an e-workbook in advance of webinar delivery
*Note: Webinars are one hour in length, but are scheduled for 2 hours to allow for one hour of (offline) personal reflection following content delivery.
