Session Formats

  • Presenters can choose to present a Lightning Talk or Micro-workshop:
  • ⚡ Lightning Talk (10 minutes) – Take centre stage and deliver a 10-minute talk (followed by a brief Q&A) showcasing a creative classroom strategy, engaging activity, innovative assessment, creative use of EdTech/AI, or research-backed approach that has enhanced student learning. Whether it’s a quick win, a fresh perspective, or an exciting experiment, share something that worked for you!
  • 🛠️ Micro-workshop (30 minutes) – Have a great teaching idea that works best when people experience it firsthand? A workshop is your chance to get participants actively involved. Whether it’s an engaging teaching technique, practical use of an EdTech tool, or a creative classroom experiment, you’ll guide the audience through an active learning experience that helps them see its impact in real time.
