Math Community of Practice (CoP)

Are you passionate about mathematics education? Do you believe in the power of collaboration and continuous learning? Then we have something for you, our new Math Community of Practice (CoP).

Jenna Guse, faculty in the School of Business who brought us Desmos, will be our moderator to open the conversation about teaching and learning about math.

In the Math CoP you can expect:

• a shared purpose on enhancing math competency for our students and ourselves .
• a collaborative network from across departments, and faculties
• a space for faculty to share experiences, challenges, stories and strategies around math
• a support system – teaching can engage and connect us with our students and sometimes we need that connection to our peers who are experiencing similar wins and woes.
