Required Online Training for New Contract Faculty
Faculty Orientation Online Training
All new faculty are required to complete this self-paced, fully online training module in Moodle. The orientation provides essential information to help you start your teaching journey at Cambrian with confidence. Inside, you’ll find how-to videos, step-by-step checklists, helpful templates, key contacts, and practical tools to support you throughout the semester.
Please note: Compensation for completing this training is provided once, during the first semester you begin teaching at Cambrian. If you have previously completed faculty orientation, you will only need to redo it if your Chair specifically asks you to do so.
How to Enrol in the Orientation Moodle Course
Follow these steps:
- Click on the orientation link above.
- Log into myCambrian using your A# and password.
- Click “Enrol Me” to self-enrol in the orientation.
- You’re ready to rock!
