Over the past ten years\, Mel has innovated educational practices\, notably through her contributions to the course development process and the establishment of the Teaching Excellence Program. She co-authored a chapter on the integration of Open Educational Resources and Information Literacy\, underscoring her commitment to developing accessible and engaging educational environments. Recently\, Mel has been exploring the integration of artificial intelligence in her role\, aiming to leverage AI to refine and advance educational development practices. \n

Hear about how our colleagues are providing innovative and authentic learning experiences for their students that improve their employability\, interpersonal skills\, and transition to the workforce. Find out about a WIL Project that is a co-op alternative within a simulated workspace\, as well as a Trauma & Treatment event that could be applied to different disciplines.
