What challenge, problem or motivation inspired you to make one small change?

Getting regular feedback from students on challenges they’re having with pacing and/or content.

Tell us about your one small change:

I use Microsoft Forms to poll the class on a weekly basis about specifics of the content and general feedback about the course to date.

What was the result of your one small change?

There is limited student feedback, but the feedback gives me a good idea of how many are struggling because they are most likely to fill out the anonymous form.
