Have you ever wanted to create a game for your classroom and didn’t know where to start?
Join us and you’ll see how easy and quick it is to create a game in one hour. This session will follow The Art of Serious Game Design methodology that was developed by a team from Ryerson University, George Brown College and Centennial College. Watch the short 2 min. video below to find out more:
This session invites participants to:
- Brainstorm ideas for a game with a group using prompts.
- Create a paper prototype of a game for your learners.
- Identify next steps to develop your game

Here’s a sneak peek of what the workshop will be like. Our Hub team tested it out in advance of our delivery to our faculty and staff.
We welcome EVERYONE to this session, those who have not ever considered developing a game to those who actively use games with students and in their classrooms!
