The “Forward-Thinking Assessment System” is an innovative approach to academic evaluation that integrates the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI), upholds the principles of academic integrity, and follows the best practices of assessment principles. This system is designed to adapt to the evolving landscape of education, keeping in tune with technological advancements and changing expectations in the learning environment. It aims to foster a more objective, efficient, and personalized assessment experience for both educators and students.

This one-and-a-half-hour session will equip faculty, academic administrators, instructional designers, and education developers with the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-enabled assessments. The workshop will provide opportunities for active learning, discussions, and hands-on experiences with AI tools. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of how to build a forward-thinking assessment system in your own educational context.
