DESCRIPTION:Are you passionate about mathematics education? Do you believe in the power of collaboration and continuous learning? Then we have something for you\, our new Math Community of Practice (CoP). \nJenna Guse\, faculty in the School of Business who brought us Desmos\, will be our moderator to open the conversation about teaching and learning about math. \nIn the Math CoP you can expect: \n\na shared purpose on enhancing math competency for our students and ourselves .\na collaborative network from across departments\, and faculties\na space for faculty to share experiences\, challenges\, stories and strategies around math\na support system – teaching can engage and connect us with our students and sometimes we need that connection to our peers who are experiencing similar wins and woes.\n\nWhile we would love to see you in person in the Hub (Room 1271-B)\, we also welcome you to join us on Zoom! https://cambriancollege.zoom.us/j/97087294834  \nPlease click the button below to register for this session.
